Join us for our 8 week Virtual Training Program

This 8-week Virtual Running Is Not Cancelled Training Program is perfect for all runners who have some base miles under their belt and are looking to maintain running fitness. Recommended for those who have consistently been running 3-5 times per week. We'll keep you moving during this challenging time of social distancing, and training towards a virtual 10k or half marathon-your choice!

Program Start: Kick Off Meeting - Thursday 30th April @ 8.00 pm via Zoom. Details of this will be emailed to participants . Training begins week of Monday, May 4th.

Program Schedule: 8-weeks: Monday May 4th thru June 27th

Goal Race: "Virtual" Running Event for 10k & half marathon on 28th June

Program Fee: $50.

$10 of the program fee will be donated to FLAG of HBKN and JC. There is no level of appreciation great enough to show our first line health care professionals & front line workers how much we appreciate what they are doing. There is also no doubt that our local restaurants are hurting.

FLAG are feeding them all! And supporting our local restaurants in the process!!
